My love for teaching comes from many hours in classes across health-obsessed yet wildly diverse Los Angeles where Yoga is defined by cultural crossroads. Being influenced by various styles I have trained and the places I have lived, the way I teach merges intelligent Yoga sequencing and Functional Fitness with the precision of Barre and Pilates-based principles all with a focus on the inner journey fueled by music and sound.
